Whitehall House is an attractive and characterful period attached house, with origins dating back to around 1760 and later additions. It is in a peaceful and private position, at the end of a no-through lane and enjoys superb views across open countryside to Bredon Hill. At the bottom of the lawned garden is a low wall with a rose arch that opens to a vegetable garden. Here can be found three timber sheds, six raised beds and fruiting plants that include red, white and black currants, raspberries, tayberries and gooseberry.

From the vegetable garden, a gate opens to an orchard with a range of fruit trees including apple, pear, plum, damson, cherry and quince. From the orchard is a wonderful view across the neighbouring countryside to Bredon Hill.

A public footpath extends along the western boundary of the property, which has been fenced in to maintain privacy.
