The property is approached via a minor country road via a hardcore driveway providing plenty of off-street parking. The gardens surrounding the house are currently rather overgrown and would benefit from clearing to realise their full potential. There is a detached garage as well as a useful tin shed. There is a useful field which could be used for a variety of purposes. There is just under 3 acres all in.
The Land
There is a good sized gently sloping field which has a gated access from the road as well as from the garden area.
