The planning permission allows for large open plan living, kitchen and dining space, boot-room and porch, utility plant room, and two double bedrooms, both with en-suite shower rooms. The south elevation will be mostly glazed to take advantage of the wonderful views over the pastureland to the distant hills. The walls will be timber clad with metal sheet roof covering. Externally there will be a driveway providing parking and turning space with a small garden and amenity area.




The Land
