There is currently a metal gate to the far north-west corner of the paddock providing access off Church Lane. There is a second metal gate situated to the far north-west corner of the paddock which we understand from the vendor also has right of access from a private road.

The paddock has a mixture of post/rail and stock fencing
with hawthorn hedge to boundaries. We understand currently there is no physical boundary between Points A and B indicated on the map below. We are advised by our vendor client that it will be the new purchasers responsibility to erect such boundary fence/hedge etc should this be required.
