The sale of the Honkley Dairy Unit is a rare opportunity to acquire a recently constructed specialist dairy unit comprising 4,950 sq metres of modern portal framed buildings and 117 acres of land within a ring fence set in a noted agricultural locality with far reaching views over the Cheshire Plain. Constructed circa 2007/2010 the size, layout and capacity of the portal framed building are a notable feature of the farm with accommodation for approximately 400 cows, 5 concrete silage clamps with a capacity of approximately 4,250 tonnes all of which has been developed with the intention of providing easy movement of stock and machinery on a level greenfield site with extensive concrete yard and roadways. The buildings are complimented by the fertile and versatile land, all of which is currently down to productive leys in useful sized field enclosures, the majority of which have attractive well established mature hedges with a number of mature English oak trees.

The popular village of Rossett is approximately 3 miles, whilst the town of Wrexham is 8 miles and the City of Chester is 10 miles. The A483 dual carriageway is approximately 2 miles (Junction 7) which in turn connects to the A55 at Junction 38 connecting to the M56 and the national motorway network.

Agricultural services are well provided for with livestock markets at Mold, Oswestry, Market Drayton and Shrewsbury whilst the majority of the large dairy processors operate in the area, all of which are supported by a well established and comprehensive agricultural service and contracting infrastructure.
