Description
Pentremiley Farm comes to the market for the first time since being occupied by the Bayliss Family in the mid 1950s.
The Farm lies primarily within a ring fence with either roads or tracks around the total perimeter making access to enclosures in all-weather an easy operation. The house is a four bedroomed stone, square building with the most spectacular views from the Malvern Hills to Hay Bluff and the Black Mountains.
.
The land is in particularly good heart as Mr Bayliss has applied lime on a regular basis to keep the PH Levels satisfactory. Adjacent to the house is a particularly fine stone Threshing Barn with a good range of modern farm buildings and a concrete walled silage pit. The land is predominantly laid to pasture but there is an arable rotation and cereal crops have been grown for many years.
