DIRECTIONS From Bromyard head southwest, taking the A465 Hereford Road heading towards Hereford. After approximately 0.7 miles bear left onto the B4214 signed posted for Munderfield. Follow this road for approximately 1.5 miles into the village, where the first site (Lot A) is located on the left-hand side of the road. Both sites are identified by Berrys "For Sale" boards.


COVENANTS The purchaser(s) shall be responsible for the connection to any services.

The purchaser(s) will be responsible for satisfying and discharging all reserved matters and planning conditions contained within the Planning Decisions. Both sites were granted permission on 22nd October 2018.

The purchaser(s) will be responsible for the erection of all external boundaries where applicable.

The sale will be restricted to the existing planning consent, which is for five dwellings in Lot A.
