The farm was milking approximately 400+ cows at any one time but the modern rotary parlour and facilities have the ability to handle considerably more with added accommodation. The modern parlour was completed in July 2005. It combines the capacity to milk over 250 cows per hour with the technology to monitor individual animals very closely. The milking is on a 50 point rotary parlour with auto ID system via electronic ear tags. Two drafting crates, automatic cluster removal, back flush, retention bar and individual automatic teat sprayers at each unit, all of which make milking a one man job. A flood wash system of the collecting yard, handling race and feed and cubicle passages make it easy to clean. The feeding regime is by in-parlour feeders and 16 out of parlour cake feeders with semi TMR fed at the barriers. High soil fertility indexes are maintained by the manure produced on the holding. At present staffing comprises the vendors together with 1 full time member of staff as the vendors have retired and the herd was sold in March.

There is access to the A477 and A478 which leads direct to the A40, Carmarthen and beyond.

Tenby is a historic walled town noted as a tourist attraction for over 200 years.
