SITUATION

THE LAND
The land is productive Grade 3 Arable land, RLR field number SO6883 8568 extending to 5.48 hectares (13.54 acres). The field in 2022 was planted with a Maize crop, and cereal rotation prior. There is currently a mustard cover strip planted to the south of the field to prevent run off from the maize stubble.
