Productive Arable Land and Grain Store

The arable land extends to 108.80 hectares (268.84 acres) in total with there being a small area of woodland and fen extending to approximately 1.25 hectares (3.09 acres).

The majority of the land is classified as Grade 3 and is Burlingham 1 series being a deep coarse and fine loamy soil. The land is in large easily worked fields with excellent road frontage and has been cropped with wheat, barley, sugar beet and maize.

The modern grain store is located on the north side of the farm yard and can be access from Barker's Lane.

The grain store, which was built in 2009, is constructed of a steel portal frame with concrete panel walls and profile sheet cladding and roof with a concrete floor and roller shutter door.
