Auction Protocol - This auction will be conducted subject to Social Distancing protocol. Prospective buyers are asked to register with the Auctioneer prior to the sale. Face masks must be worn on sale day. No children or onlookers will be permitted access to the auction.

Special Conditions Of Sale - The property will be sold subject to the special conditions of sale, which are not to be read at the time of sale, but will be available for inspection at the offices of the Vendors solicitor, Mr G Kelly, Messrs Gittins Mcdonald, 12 Grosvenor Road, Wrexham, LL11 1BU, or at the Auctioneers offices, prior to the date of the auction. Buyers Administration Fee - In addition to the deposit required upon exchange of contracts, Buyers will be required to pay a Buyers Administration fee of £250, plus VAT, for each lot which can be paid by Debit card or cheque.
