Set in over six acres, enjoying wonderful views and in a superb location - a substantial 4173 square feet five bedroom, four bathroom detached house with double garage, stable block and tennis court

Comment from Robert Reed of Gascoigne Halman

I have been selling houses in Whitegate since 2003 and amazingly, did not even know this house existed until I visited a few weeks ago. It enjoys exceptional levels of privacy.

It is very rare to find a property set in over six acres with direct access from the garden to the paddocks. This property enjoys exactly that benefit and in addition also has a 1000 square feet stable block, large double garage and two driveways, one of which directly accesses the paddocks. For those with an equestrian interest or who simply want extensive privacy with certainty of aspect, this property offers so much.

Internally the house is of substantial size and has been comprehensively refurbished by the present owners to an impressive specification and the house is one of real style and presence. Excellent levels of natural light are enjoyed in so many of the key rooms. In total there are five bedrooms, four bathrooms, three reception rooms and a large open plan breakfast kitchen.

The entrance hall is a particular feature being of a superb size and having a feature staircase rising to the first floor. The unique feature of this house is the master suite, which is truly exceptional and the best I think I have seen in my career to date. The suite comprises a dressing room, large double bedroom, balcony overlooking the land and spectacular 18'8 x 15'3 Garden Room / Lounge that itself leads to a roof terrace. As an overall space it is truly special.

This house fulfils so many key criteria and represents excellent value in the present market. Located in the hugely popular village of Whitegate, I would strongly recommend a viewing. Also, for those seeking an income generative work from home business opportunity, this property has a valid planning consent for exactly this purpose.

For a personal description of the property or to arrange a viewing, please contact myself or a member of the team at the Tarporley office.
