Location - The land lies in the valley of the River Ancholme around 2 miles west of the village of North Kelsey around 10 miles north west of Market Rasen in Lincolnshire. This is an area of open countryside where most land is used for arable farming.

Directions - Leave North Kelsey on Middle Street which will become Carr Road heading for North Kelsey Carrs passing the Butchers Arms
public House. Continue along the road for around 2 miles passing Starholme Farm and continue along what has now become Starham Road towards the River Ancholme you will reach lot 1 first on the right hand side of the road.
