Sitting/Dining Room

The sitting/dining room has a high vaulted ceiling with inset skylights and exposed beams and timbers, exposed wall timbers and a feature brick fireplace housing a log burning stove. There is oak flooring and glazed doors to an enclosed paved courtyard. Separate staircases lead up to the first floor bedroom and study/home office, and there are doors to the two ground floor bedrooms. There is a beamed opening to the boot room which also has access to the courtyard.

Outside

Moggerhanger is a central Bedfordshire village approximately 2 miles from the A1 Sandy and 15 miles from the M1 junction 13. Rail links to Kings Cross London are available from Sandy and take 48 minutes. Moggerhanger House, designed by Sir John Soane, is in the village and the Harpur Trust Schools in Bedford are approximately 7 miles away.
