Equestrian Centre - This British Horse Society Approved Riding School caters for all ages and abilities. Used by locals and guests alike, the business is centred on the all weather, floodlit, horse riding school (44m x 22m) where customers can learn to ride or improve their skills. Stabling, with prior agreement, is available on site for guests wishing to bring their own horses. The resident instructor is available for group or private lessons, either on-site or whilst hacking through the surrounding countryside.
There are 17 stables on site, some housing the riding schools horses and others on livery arrangements. Other facilities include a tack room, feed stores, hay barn, toilets, showers and an office.

This is a well-established business and a new owner could choose how involved, or not, they wish to be.

Outbuildings - To the side of the farmhouse, with access from the kitchen, is a garage and store room (42' x 10'). Directions - From the M5 J27, (signposted for Tiverton and Barnstaple), follow the signs for Barnstaple. Turn left at the roundabout signed for South Molton. In the square in the centre of South Molton, bear left at the Post Office, signposted George Nympton on the wall. Take the fifth turning on the left, opposite Torch Veterinary Centre, signposted George Nympton, Kings Nympton and Hele Farm. Go through George Nympton village, cross the river; continue up a steep hill and straight over the crossroads. Collacott Farm Cottages is on the right about ½ mile down the hill after the crossroads.
