Lot 1 (coloured blue) – about 6.10 acres

This part of the property lies on the right hand side of the drive and includes the mobile home and the site of the proposed new dwelling together with the major part of a field to the rear. The property has planning consent for a new 3 bedroom dwelling that is subject to an agricultural occupancy condition (see ‘Planning’ below) that is to be sited close to the mobile home.

Lot 2 (coloured green) – about 5.30 acres

This lot is on the left of the entrance drive and includes the smaller poultry house, by Harlow Buildings of Loughborough, which is steel framed and measures about 33.40 metres (110 feet) x 18.20 metres (60 feet) and comprises a single poultry house with a total capacity of about 4500 birds. There is a packing room with the controls to the egg conveyor system at the southern end with 2 ancillary rooms and a 14 Tonne Cumberland feed silo adjoining. Planning

1) Planning consent was granted by Ashford Borough Council on 30th October 2019 for a new agricultural workers dwelling under planning reference 19/01306/AS.
