Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) Breckland Council has not adopted CIL and therefore there is no CIL to pay.

S.106 Breckland Council have accepted that a s.106 agreement is not needed as the community benefit from the scheme is considered to outweigh the principle policy objection and there is a requirement to ensure funds generated by the development are used in their entirety for charitable purposes, for both parishes of Kenninghall and Banham.
Any profit generated from the sale of the land would be invested within the communities of Kenninghall and Banham, having regard to the requirements of the Charity (the MBC Trust).

Services Purchasers should make their own enquiries in relation to the position and availability of services.
