Approaching via the A21 from the north, take the first exit (B2160) towards Matfield and Paddock Wood at the Kippings Cross roundabout. Continue through Matfield village, and after leaving the village follow the wooded road downhill round a sharp bend to the right and then to the left. After 0.4 miles take Chantler’s Hill to the right and then after a further 0.3 miles turn right into Watermans Lane. The turning into Stream House will be found 0.4 miles on the left. Follow this private lane for several hundred feet and the entrance to Stream House's drive and garden will be on the left just after another lane on the left.
