Lot A, to the north, has been granted outline planning permission (P180735/0) for five dwellings with associated garages, along with a new entrance onto the site. The site is shown on the Site Plan below and edged in blue on the Site Location Plan.
Lot B, to the south, has been granted outline planning permission (P180678/0) for four dwellings with associated garages, along with a new entrance onto the site. The site is shown on the Site Plan below and edged in red on the Site Location Plan.
TENURE, POSSESSION & METHOD OF SALE The property is being offered for sale by private treaty as a whole or within two lots. The property is being sold freehold with vacant possession upon completion.
DIRECTIONS From Bromyard head southwest, taking the A465 Hereford Road heading towards Hereford. After approximately 0.7 miles bear left onto the B4214 signed posted for Munderfield. Follow this road for approximately 1.5 miles into the village, where the first site (Lot A) is located on the left-hand side of the road.
