Situation - The property is specifically located at OS Grid Ref SN1540 at the end of a track (which also serves the neighbouring residence Mynache). Cardigan Town is within 5 miles via the A487 and thereafter a minor council road. The village of Eglwyswrw is within 2 miles and the contrasting natural splendour of the Cardigan Bay Coastline and the Preseli Mountains are within easy driving distance.
The larger centres of Carmarthen and Haverfordwest are around 30-45 mins drive and Cardiff is approx. 2 hours drive.

Directions - From Cardigan, take the A487 towards Fishguard. Pass through Croft and Llantood and at the junction by Traws Farm take the left turn signposted Ebeneser Chapel, Rhoshill and Cilgerran. Continue along the road passing a House and Buildings on your left, and when the road bears right to Cilgerran with a No Through Road to the Chapel, take the unmade byway immediately on your left. Continue passing Trecwn and the lane is on your right, as shown on the plan.
Please realise that Mynache house, edged in Red is EXCLUDED from the land now offered for sale.
The byway is approx. 500 metres long until you reach the land and is quite rough. We do not advise it suitable for smaller vehicles with low clearance. From the edge of the land to the buildings is a further 500m approx. and this lane is included in the sale but is shared with Mynache House.
When viewing, please respect livestock if any on site, and please do not obstruct the lane as access is required to Mynache House.
