Description

Wiggins Farm is a family home with spacious and well thought out accommodation with much consideration into the practicalities of everyday family living. The large entrance hall with its stone floor is at the heart of the house with a bespoke Oak staircase rising to a galleried landing. A utility room is also directly off the rear hall. The sitting room with a wood burning stove and delightful conservatory beyond are situated off the main hall. A good sized study, family room, boot room and cloakroom are also off the main hall. There is underfloor heating throughout the ground floor. The principal bedroom suite with its vaulted ceiling and large windows overlooks the garden. There is also a dressing room and en suite shower room. There are four further good sized bedrooms, a bathroom with freestanding bath and a further bathroom with bath and separate shower.

Wiggins Farm is set back off the road with a delightful front garden with mature herbaceous borders and ample parking. A vegetable garden with raised beds and a wooden greenhouse leads on to the garden beyond with a terrace wrapping around the rear of the house onto the courtyard leading to the kitchen. A small haha drops down to the paddock. Wiggins Farm has a right of access over a lane to a separate vehicular access to the field.
