We understand that restoration of the land was signed off by the Mineral Planning Authority on 28 April 2015. The land was then subject to a 5-year statutory Aftercare Management period which ran from 21 April 2015 to 21 April 2020. Following the Aftercare Management period the land is to be managed in line with the Habitat Management Plan for a further period of 10 years; to 21 April 2030.
