Lot 1
Guide Price £2,200,000
Meikle Richorn Farm has been developed into a successful holiday business with 10 let cottages converted from the original traditional steadings. There is a large six bed farmhouse which is the family centre of operations. The farmhouse was previously subdivided and could be easily split to create an annexe or additional accommodation for a manager.

Floor plans of these can be found within the particulars.

Many of the properties enjoy far reaching views of the Urr Estuary and have an enclosed outdoor area. Each cottage benefits from its own hotub.

In addition there is a linen store to allow a swift turnover and management of the properties and a large bio-mass shed housing the 199kw bio-mass boiler which provides both heat and hot water to all of the properties.

Lot 2
Guide Price £350,000
Planning permission was granted in 2010 for the construction of six holiday chalets which are nestled in the undulating land located at the centre of the farm as marked as green in our sale plan. The layout is designed to maximise the natural topography to its best advantage to make the best of the views and give each chalet is own privacy.

Also included within this lot is a small parcel of about 2 acres of woodland which could be used for amenity purposes should the chalets be developed.
