The land is located in Westgate village which is situated approximately 11 miles west of Wolsingham and 14 miles east of Alston.

DIRECTIONS
The land is accessed from an unnamed single track road heading south from the A689. If travelling west on the A689 in Westgate village, turn left onto the single track road next to Westgate Camping Site, cross the ford and the access gate is on the left next to the public footpath sign.

DESCRIPTION

The land is situated within the North Pennines Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) and benefits from roadside access. The land has stock proof, stone wall and post & wire boundaries which are in good condition. There is a traditional stone built stable on the western boundary which is within a fenced off area of the field. The building is 4.55m x 3.63m internally and is in excellent condition.
