Location - The land is located on the west side of Thimblehall Lane adjoining a residential development to the south and open countryside to the west and north on the western outskirts of the village.
Newport is situated on the B1230 Beverley to Howden Road, south of the M62 motorway and alongside Market Weighton canal.
