The successful bidder of each lot will be required to provide a deposit of 10%, in the form of a Cheque or Bankers Draft. Please note, cash will not be accepted.



Contract



Successful bidders will be approached by a member of the Wilbys’ team to complete the sales memorandum and will then be asked to sign two copies of the sales contract. Copies will be sent to the seller’s and purchaser’s solicitors for completion.



Completion



Upon the fall of the hammer the successful bidder is entered into a legally binding contract and completion will take place 28 business days after the auction date.
