The land is situated in a picturesque rural location in between the villages of Litton and Cressbrook. Whilst being situated in a rural location, near to the village of Litton is where basic amenities can be found but the land is also within easy reach of the market town of Bakewell (5.5 miles) and the spa town of Buxton 10 miles. Directions
To locate the land, when approaching Litton from the A623, take Mires Lane into the village and take the first left hand turning onto Hall Lane. Follow the road out of the village and around a sharp right hand bend, follow the road and continue past Litton Cemetery, which is on the left where the road merges into Bottomhill Road. Shortly after this, the land will be found at the end of the second track (called Lunch Lane) on the left hand side indicated by our ‘For Sale’ board. Please park vehicles on the road and walk up to the land.

Deposits and Completion
The successful purchaser will be required to pay a deposit of 10% of the sale price upon the fall of the hammer. The signing of the Contract of Sale and 10% deposit is legally binding on both parties and completion will occur within 28 days thereafter, unless stated otherwise at the auction.
