LOT 2:
52.73 ACRES OF PASTURE LAND
A superb block of lowland pasture meadows lying at around 195 metres above sea level. The land has good access off the main road which adjoins the western boundary. The land is intersected by the River Teme which provides a good water supply for the purposes of watering livestock. The river divides NG No’s 9550 & 9956 with the latter enclosure being in England.
