From the roundabout take the first exit onto Town End Road and continue straight across at the mini roundabout onto Low lane. Follow Low Lane for about 1 km to the junction with Cockin Lane and turn left. The entrance to Trough Farm can be found on the left after about 400 metres. A for sale sign has been erected.
