THE LAND
The land is for sale as a whole or in two lots as shown on the sale plan attached. Each lot has direct access from the public road. Most of the land is shown as grade 2 on the Defra Land Classification plan and on the Soil Survey of England and Wales as being of the Hanslope and Ludford Associations which are clay loams well suited to growing arable crops.
LOT 1 - 134.28 ACRES (54.34 HECTARES)
Including 7.82 acres of woodland with 126.46 acres of arable land and tracks. Tridgate Ley is a mature and semi-mature parcel of woodland of mixed species. There are several internal farm tracks giving good field access.
