The land is located in the popular market town of Long Sutton in the South Holland District of Lincolnshire. The land is situated between Seagate Road and the B1359 Wisbech Road, providing good access to the A17 to the south which connects Norfolk to the East Midlands.

PLANNING

The site has been allocated for residential development in the emerging Local Plan for South East Lincolnshire. The site received a resolution to grant outline planning permission at the South Holland District Council's Committee Meeting on 9th May 2018 (Application Reference Number: H11-1207-17) for the development of up to 215 dwellings on the site subject to a S.106 agreement.
