Although the Land Registry title documentation postal address for this parcel of land describes it as being in the Parish of Flordon, it would appear to be located within the Parish of Tharston and Hapton but lies direct adjacent to Flordon Common

LOCATION
Flordon is situated in south Norfolk, about six miles from Norwich.

DIRECTIONS
From The Street via the public access onto the Common, walk along the well-used footpath heading west over the Common, keeping the stream on your left. Keep following the stream until you come to a weir. The land will be seen beyond the wooden railed fence and over the grass surfaced weir. The plan in the legal pack will make everything clear.
