Dating originally from 1706, in 2010 the steading was rebuilt using the original stone and extended with brick and wet dash render and it has a pitched slate roof. It now forms a comfortable family home. The fittings and fixtures are to a high standard with an oak balustrade on the staircase and oak facings and panelled doors throughout.

The Steading also has two paddocks, one extending to just over two acres and the second field extends to eight acres, totalling about ten acres.
