The land is mainly utilised for grazing sheep which is always interesting, particularly when young lambs are around. Walking in the area is a delight, with the local, friendly, pub being very close. There are several interesting places to visit nearby, with a good range of activities being easily available. Carmarthen is just eight miles from the house which contains a comprehensive choice of shops and amenities. In addition, as an alternative, there is public transport into Carmarthen. One huge delight in living here is the nearby wondrous sandy beaches and seaside resorts offering a variety of activities."
