First time to market in 80 years we present a substantial 6 bedroom detached house set in just under 9 acres (a further 12 acres adjacent is available by separate negotiation as marked in yellow on the Land Plan) of pastureland and gardens with a huge outbuilding and being located less than 600m (as the crow flies) from the coastline and the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path and just over 4 miles to Newport with its beach and facilities. Ideally suited either as one large farmhouse or for multigenerational living (as indeed it is now) as there are currently two kitchens with numerous rooms on two floors. Located within a few hundred yards of the ever popular Moylegrove village it is set in the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park and as can be seen from the aerial pictures, it is located in a superb spot predominantly surrounded by fields with the original farmbuildings having been sold off previously. There is also a second detached stone outbuilding that has conversion potential (subject to any consents). The property is set some 280m from the roadway and has lots of potential uses in this picturesque part of West Wales.

Set in just under 9 acres all in, the property is accessed via a good stone track down to the house, which is about 280m off the highway. Around the house there are lawned garden areas with the pastureland essentially in two paddock areas, one substantially larger than the other.
Views of the sea are to be had all around the house as the coastline is just under 600m away at its closest point.
Please note that the 9 acres of land does not border the actual coastline itself.
An old stone outbuilding has further potential (subject to any consents) and the modern outbuilding is one of the largest you'll find.

A superb large modern outbuilding with open front and large concrete apron providing for easy access for farm equipment. There is also an elevated section as seen in the pictures.

Additional Outbuildings

There are 3 other outbuildings to the side and rear of the house, one in a dilapidated state, one used for storage and the other stone outbuilding has further potential (subject to any consents req)
