Location - The field is located immediately north of the village of Aldwark, 10 miles north west of the City of York.

Description - A single arable field currently laid to winter wheat extending to approximately 24.02 acres (9.72 hectares) with access off Rice Lane. The land is shown edged red on the plan overleaf.

The land is classified as Grade 3 on the Agricultural Land Classification and within the Kexby soil series and suitable for cereal and root cropping. The land is under drained with a drainage plan available to view.

The field is suitable for agricultural, equestrian and amenity purposes (subject to relevant consents) and could readily be sown to a grass crop.

Directions - On entering the village of Aldwark take Rice Lane north which is located next to The Aldwark Arms public house. After 100 metres continue on to the track following the public footpath. The field is the second field on the right hand side. Access is shown blue on the plan overleaf.
