The Land
The land can be found to the south and east of cottage and comprises level and gently sloping pasture land which is divided in to useful sized enclosures and contained within natural hedge bank boundaries.

The land benefits from parish road access and a natural water supply (a capped spring).

Remains of a former farmstead are located in the north eastern corner.

Lot 2 - Approx 25.37 acres of land, yard and agricultural shed. (Outlined blue on the plan)
Located to the north of Lot 1, Lot 2 is accessed via a stone track and this leads to the side and front of the farm building where there is a useful concreted yard area. The building comprises;
