Description

Planning permission has been granted for the construction of up to 15 dwellings, comprising 10 two storey dwellings and 5 single storey dwellings. There will be a minimum of 40% affordable housing (6 units). The indicative layout plan within the application shows two pairs of semi-detached dwellings, five detached single storey dwellings and six detached dwellings. Based on the plan the estimated residential area the site could provide is around 20,000 sq ft.

Planning
The planning application was approved under application reference DA/2019/0579 for land off Braunston Lane, Staverton, Northamptonshire for an application for residential development of up to 15 dwellings, access road(s) and other associated infrastructure.
The application was approved on the 18th August 2020 at Planning Committee and is subject to 20 planning conditions and a signed S106 agreement.
Any interested parties should make themselves aware of the requirements of all 20 conditions and the contents of the S106 agreement.

The S106 agreement dated 14th August 2020, (briefly) stipulates the following points:
•40% of the units shall be affordable, of which two thirds to be affordable rented units and one third to be shared ownership
•A libraries sum is payable per dwelling (£109 - £270)
•Open space contribution of £1,717.33 per dwelling
•A primary school education contribution is payable per dwelling (£0 - £4,592)
•50% of the above is payable before 50% of the dwellings are occupied
