DESCRIPTION
East Barmoffity is a wonderful small farm holding with a traditional farmhouse in excellent order, with a recent ground floor extension to provide a dedicated Bedroom with En-Suite. Tasteful décor and many original features lend the house an air of country elegance, and an Everhot electric range in the Kitchen adds a heart to the home. Extra cosiness is supplied by a Clearview stove in the Family area adjacent. A Utility Room keeps muddy outdoor gear separate from the main living accommodation, and 3 first floor bedrooms in addition to the ground floor bedroom ensure there is plenty of room for family and guests.

There are a range of traditional buildings suitable for conversion, subject to the usual consents. There is also a large modern building, ideal for stock handling, equestrian or general purpose use. The land has been much improved in recent years and is in good heart.
