To the rear is a timber shed presently used for general storage.

HORSEBOX PARKING

A hardcore parking area for horseboxes and trailers is situated off the track and also provides good storage space for haylage and shavings as required.

LAND

SERVICES

Rainwater harvesting currently supplies the stables and land with water.
Solar Panels located on the roof of stable block 1 provides electricity to charge a series of 12v batteries to power the lighting and electric fencing.

WAYLEAVES, EASEMENTS AND RIGHTS OF WAY ETC.

There is a public footpath running along the northern boundary of the property from to west to east as marked on the plan and this leads from Bagnall down to Stanley Pool and beyond to the village of Stanley.
