Charming semi detached, period cottage with planning permission.

Description

Originally built in approximately 1902, this charming semi-detached cottage, now has the benefit of planning permission to reconfigure the layout to make it more practical for modern living. The current layout comprises an entrance hall which leads into an impressive and well-proportioned living room with wood burning stove and attractive bay window to the front aspect. This room leads to a spacious dining room with large window and doors out onto a large paved patio. From the dining room there is access to a ground floor cloakroom and to a fitted kitchen with wall and base units, built-in oven and hob and tiled flooring. This opens to an extensive conservatory providing extra kitchen space and a fantastic area for relaxing or dining. From here there are lovely views across surrounding fields and over the garden. On the first floor, there is a master bedroom with built-in wardrobes and en suite shower room, and a second bedroom with further built-in wardrobes. The house offers plenty of storage. The current owners use the landing area as a third bedroom/dressing area. There is also a family bathroom which completes the accommodation.
