The main residence features 4 bedrooms, three bedrooms having en suite facilities. The house has plenty of character with beamed ceilings and a large Inglenook fireplace in the living room. At the moment, the owners offer farmhouse B&B in addition to the holiday / leisure / wellness accommodation.
The business side is largely focused on environmentally friendly family self-catering holidays and a range of retreats, themed around various events and therapies. Gorslwyd Farm has a Green Tourism Gold award and has been awarded 4* rating by the Welsh Tourist Board. The property was originally set up for holidays back in the 1980s and since then has always been aimed at holidays for peace and tranquility, offering a chance to relax and unwind and rest or to rebalance. It is with this in mind that the owners have invested heavily in greener technologies and also provided those staying with a wealth of quiet corners in which to sit back and contemplate.
This is an ideal setting for those wanting to offer something more than just run of the mill holiday accommodation.

Externally
The property sits in approximately 4 acres of gardens and land and is set down its own driveway, well off the road.
The beautiful Cardigan Bay coastline is only a couple of miles away whilst the open moorland of the Preseli Hills is within easy reach by car. In fact, it is centrally located for people who want to walk, ride, cycle, surf, sail or golf.
The current owners have worked hard to ensure that there is plenty to entertain on site too. These include a woodland nature walk with stream, Gorslwyd's "Secret Garden", the tranquil meditation garden, a peaceful sanctuary, a summerhouse for the adults to relax with (next door) a playroom for the little ones. A playing field for those wanting to let off steam and a securely fenced paddock in which to exercise dogs.
There are also two paddocks for livestock. Our vendors currently use for alpacas and geese but could equally be used as a pony paddock as there is adequate fencing and a field shelter.
