Furzen Leaze Farm - Lot 2

Lot 2 of Furzen Leaze Farm comprises 139.99 acres of arable land with a further 11.76 acres of woodland known as Taylor's Gorse on the north eastern boundary. The soils are similar to those on Lot 1. Access to the field enclosures is good from the public highway, either on the northern or western boundaries. A public byway runs along the eastern boundary.  The field boundaries mainly comprise trimmed hedges. On the corner of the field known as Tyning Top there is a former single storey farm building.
