Built in 1830 the property is a wonderful traditional former vicarage which has been tastefully updated over recent years and provides comfortable accommodation with an extremely flexible layout. The property maintains many period features and the principal rooms enjoy wonderful views over the glorious surrounding countryside, Ennerdale Bridge and Lake District Fells.

The accommodation comprises a shaker style kitchen which is the hub of the downstairs accommodation, opening up two rooms to create a fabulous entertaining space. The dining area has patio doors streaming in light and giving access to the garden and patio. A separate utility room provides practical storage and workspace with tumble dryer and washing machine.

Two large sitting rooms, provide plenty of light, bright space for relaxing and enjoying the open fires with an ornate marble fireplace in the front lounge, there is a further reception room which is currently used as a dining room with space for a large table and fireplace at one end.

An original staircase with large picture window adds to the character of the property. Upstairs there are six good sized double bedrooms. A large family bathroom with bath and over shower, sink and toilet and a second smaller bathroom with toilet and sink.
