Description
The land at Barby comprises five enclosures of good quality grass land extending to approximately 64.44 acres in all which is classified as Grade 3 on the Provision of Agricultural Land Classification Maps with the soil described as a slowly permeable seasonally wet slightly acid but base-rich loam and clay soil suitable for grassland, arable and some woodland.
