From the A38 Alfreton Island take the A61 toward Alfreton and Chesterfield. Continue on the A61 through the edge of Alfreton and as the road drops after leaving the town take the right turn toward Westhouses on the B6025 continue along the road for about a mile and just before entering the village of Westhouses take the right turn onto Park Mill Drive. The access to the property will then be found on the right hand side clearly identified by the Bagshaws ‘For Sale’ board.
