The vendor has really taken a top to bottom approach to improvements, with upgrades to the services (rewired and re-plumbed) and also the structure of the house, with roof, damp and timber works undertaken. Ivy House could easily be configured as a main residence and autonomous cottage, which has existing goodwill for holiday letting or ancillary income (subject to any relevant consents).
