DIRECTIONS
Leave the A21 at Pembury and join the A228. Continue for about 6.5 miles, passing The Hop Farm on the left. At the third roundabout take the third exit back onto the A228. After a short distance turn left onto Beltring Road. At the end of the road take a slight left turn onto Lees Road and continue into Yalding village. Continue through the village on the B2162 Benover Road south towards Collier Street and Marden. Continue for about a mile and The Farmhouse will be found on the right hand side on the corner with Emmett Hill Lane.
