THE BUSINESS
Forest Edge operates a successful and well-established glamping business in the heart of the East Devon countryside. Since founding the business in 2020, the present owners have built a new double gated access from the highway, set-up the website, constructed a shower block and erected 10 furnished bell tents to make a glamping business. The business is promoted via their website: along with other glamping websites plus repeat business and recommendation trade from existing customers. Potential to expand the glamping accommodation or to provide a camping/caravan field to provide extra income. Alternatively, the land could be divided and used for agricultural or equestrian purposes. In addition to the bell tents, there are other services that can be provided at an additional cost to guests such as breakfast, refreshments (tea & coffee) and prosecco on arrival. Trading information can be provided to bona fide purchasers.
