From this a 'buyers fee' of £2,400 (inc VAT) is retained by Stags/Bamboo Auctions as a contribution towards the online platform costs, and £2,600 is payable towards the purchase price.

An additional 'administration' fee of £1,200 including VAT will be payable by the successful purchaser immediately after the auction. This will be separately invoiced by Stags.

Directions - From Exeter St David’s Station, turn left down Station Road, crossing the River Exe. Turn left at the T-junction onto Exwick Road and continue for about 1 mile. Turn right at the cross-road onto Redhills and continue for 0.7 of a mile towards Nadderwater. Take the first exit on the mini roundabout on Redhills. Continue straight on at the fork and take the next right turn, signposted Whitestone Church. The land is on the right after about 500 meters, marked by a Stags sale board.
